Chief Administrative Officer (CAO)

Reports To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Job Summary:

Dwillsprimetime Corporation seeks a dynamic and results-oriented Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) to join our executive leadership team. The CAO will play a critical role in ensuring key administrative functions, driving operational excellence, and fostering a high-performing and engaged workforce. The ideal candidate will be a strategic and visionary leader with a proven track record of success in managing complex operations and building high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership & Planning:
    • Collaborate with the Dwillsprimetime Corporation CEO and executive team to develop and implement strategic plans that support the company's overall business objectives.
    • Identify and analyze operational risks and develop mitigation strategies.
    • Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Oversee and manage all administrative functions, including:
    • Human Resources: Recruitment, hiring, onboarding, training & development, performance management, employee relations, compensation & benefits.
    • Facilities Management: Office space management, maintenance, security, and vendor relations.
    • Information Technology: IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, data management, and technology implementations.
    • Legal & Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
    • Procurement: Vendor management, contract negotiations, and procurement processes.
  • Financial Management:
    • Manage and oversee the administrative budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.
    • Improve Dwillsprimetime Corporation's operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Leadership & Team Development:
    • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of administrative professionals.
    • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages employee engagement and professional growth.
    • Recruit, hire, and onboard top talent across all administrative departments.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • Experience in senior administrative or operational leadership roles, preferably Administration.
    • Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of financial principles.
    • Proven ability to lead and manage high-performing teams, build strong relationships, and foster a positive work environment.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
    • Experience with human resources management, including labor relations, compensation, and benefits.
    • Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements applicable to the financial services industry.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field; Master's degree (MBA) preferred.

    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

    Pay: $50,992.00 - $58,173.00 per year

    Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
