Chief Administrative Officer (CAO)

Job Summary:
Dwillsprimetime Corporation seeks a dynamic and results-oriented Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) to join our executive leadership team. The CAO will play a critical role in ensuring key administrative functions, driving operational excellence, and fostering a high-performing and engaged workforce. The ideal candidate will be a strategic and visionary leader with a proven track record of success in managing complex operations and building high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Planning:- Collaborate with the Dwillsprimetime Corporation CEO and executive team to develop and implement strategic plans that support the company's overall business objectives.
- Identify and analyze operational risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Operational Excellence:- Oversee and manage all administrative functions, including:
- Human Resources: Recruitment, hiring, onboarding, training & development, performance management, employee relations, compensation & benefits.
- Facilities Management: Office space management, maintenance, security, and vendor relations.
- Information Technology: IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, data management, and technology implementations.
- Legal & Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Procurement: Vendor management, contract negotiations, and procurement processes.
Financial Management:- Manage and oversee the administrative budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.
- Improve Dwillsprimetime Corporation's operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Leadership & Team Development:- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of administrative professionals.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages employee engagement and professional growth.
- Recruit, hire, and onboard top talent across all administrative departments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in senior administrative or operational leadership roles, preferably Administration.
- Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of financial principles.
- Proven ability to lead and manage high-performing teams, build strong relationships, and foster a positive work environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Experience with human resources management, including labor relations, compensation, and benefits.
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements applicable to the financial services industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field; Master's degree (MBA) preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $50,992.00 - $58,173.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
