About the Role

The Chief Community Officer will also be expected to champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, and to manage a large volunteer program.Applicants for the Chief Community Officer position at the company should have a minimum of 8 years' of related work experience, with a preference for those who have 10 or more years' in the Greater Boston area. A passion for health and fitness, particularly in the context of running, is essential.
