The Chief Strategy and Business Development Officer is responsible for Identifying and securing new sources of revenue and resources. Specific areas of targeted growth are: 1) Community and School-based Behavioral Health Services for Children, Adolescents and their Caregivers; 2) Services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their caregivers; 3) Supportive Housing for Young Families and Youth Aging Out of Foster Care or At-Risk Youth and Families; 4) Immigration Services for Children and Families; and 5) services for people with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) Position RequirementsRequired Skills:
- MBA, MPA, MPH, or LMSW
- senior-level experience in a role in which success requires influencing internal and external constituents in the absence of formal supervisory authority
- Experience in leading and securing resource development for a sophisticated human services agency.
