You'll need to have:

• Relevant degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• A proven track record of Estimating & managing large estimating teams across major projects & programs.
• Experience in Heavy Civil Engineering Infrastructure project delivery - preferably Tunnelling.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Experience in FTA projects is highly preferred
• Experience in delivery of different contracting and delivery models - PPP, PMC, DBB, DB, collaborative contracts (FIDIC, NEC) is an advantage
• Experience in delivery in programs or portfolios of significant value >$1bn is a significant advantage
• Familiarity with transit agencies (Such as PANYNJ, NJT, MTA, LIRR, Amtrak) is a significant advantage
