About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for one of its facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all state, federal, and regulatory agencies, as well as providing timely and accurate financial information to the corporate office. The CEO will also be involved in enhancing the hospital's visibility in the community, particularly in the areas of mental health and substance abuse. This role involves supervising the leadership team and acting as a liaison between physicians, patients, referral sources, and employees.Applicants for the CEO position at the company's facility should be passionate, patient-centric, and goal-oriented. The role requires the ability to express ideas effectively in various situations and to work collaboratively to find solutions to problems. The candidate should have a background in a psychiatric or mental health setting, with a working knowledge of the addiction and recovery field, and experience in clinical practice.
