Chief Executive Officer of Tristate Region

Location: Melville, NY

Salary: $250-300,000 + 3 bonuses

Due to retirement, our client, a well-known and respected Broker, seeks an experienced CEO to manage a $30 million income Brokerage.

Responsibilities:

Manage and grow a $30 million income brokerage.

Retain clients and maintain company culture.

Lead a team of 11 direct reports and a staff of 83.

Report to the Northeast Regional Manager.

Qualifications:

10+ years of commercial insurance experience.
NYS Property and Casualty license.
Strong risk evaluation, strategic, crisis resolution, and presentation skills.
Experience leading Executives, CSR's, and assistants servicing middle market clients.
Capable of multi-tasking and working on multiple projects simultaneously.
Respected by industry peers and counterparts.
