We are seeking a CFO to work closely with the Executive Director to ensure the Adirondack Council maintains long-term financial security and organizational efficiency. This position will provide leadership for the administration of the financial and operational systems that support the Adirondack Council's mission and leads coordination of service providers, vendors, support services, and the Board Treasurer and Audit and Finance Committees. In partnership with the senior management team, the CFO will contribute to the development and implementation of organizational policies and practices.

Organizational Purpose/Mission StatementBased in Elizabethtown, NY (30 miles east of Lake Placid), the mission of the Adirondack Council is to ensure the ecological integrity and wild character of New York's six-million-acre Adirondack Park for current and future generations.
