- The CFO is responsible for the strategic & tactical leadership of the following areas: Human Resources, Contract Administration, Risk Management, Information Technology, Accounting and Finance & Banking.
- The CFO reports to the President who provides counsel, access to corporate support and accountability for performance.Qualifications:
- A minimum of fifteen years' experience in related work:
- Construction or industrial senior management experience,
- Risk Management Experience, including negotiation of Coverage Contracts,
- Senior management experience in the use of and management of information technology,
- Executive knowledge of P&L performance and metrics,
- Construction contract knowledge,
- Professional communication and writing skills.
- College degree required. CPA, MBA or other professional certifications are preferred.
- Knowledge of heavy lift equipment is a plus.
- Pass drug screen and background check.Compensation:
- Bonus program that pays for performance.
- Deferred Compensation program for long-term team members.
- $1 for $1 match on 401(k), capped at 10% of Pay.
