Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our team. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company and driving the company's financial strategy and planning.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the company's financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
  • Lead financial reporting, including financial statements, regulatory reports, and internal management reports
  • Implement and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls
  • Supervise treasury management activities to optimize cash flow
  • Ensure compliance with technical accounting standards such as ASC 606
  • Oversee supply chain finance operations
  • Manage expense control and payroll functions
  • Provide strategic financial analysis for key decision-making processes
  • Supervise mergers and acquisitions activities

    • Requirements

  • Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar executive role
  • Strong financial acumen and technical accounting skills
  • In-depth knowledge of budgeting, expense management, and payroll management
  • Experience in supervising finance teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    • Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $62,331.00 - $94,000.00 per year
