About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their senior executive management team. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, including strategic financial planning, risk management, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This role involves working closely with the CEO and senior leadership to drive financial strategy, optimize performance, and support the organization's business objectives. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader, capable of balancing hands-on financial duties and building strong partnerships both internally and externally.Key responsibilities for the CFO include developing and implementing financial strategies, providing leadership for financial planning and analysis, and collaborating with other executives to align financial goals with corporate strategy. The CFO will also be involved in company valuation, managing financial risks, and leading the treasury function. Requirements for the role include a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with an MBA, CPA, or CMA preferred. The candidate should have over 10 years of experience in a senior financial management role, a strong understanding of corporate finance, and excellent leadership and communication skills. Prior experience in the energy, electric, or natural gas utility sector is also preferred.
