About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to join its executive leadership team. The CFO will be responsible for all financial planning activities, including the development and management of the agency's annual and strategic budgets. This role involves overseeing collections and revenue from various sources, implementing cash management controls, and ensuring compliance with procurement procedures. The CFO will also be the primary contact for internal and external audits and will provide oversight for the agency's technology systems and business operations, including payroll, personnel matters, contracts, vendor relations, and grants management.Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a B.S. degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a minimum of 7 years' experience in an administrative role with progressive responsibilities. The role requires comprehensive knowledge of accounting standards and procedures, the ability to analyze and utilize financial software, and excellent communication and customer service skills. The CFO will be expected to think strategically, lead proactively, and ensure that the agency's vision and goals are met within the required time frames.
