About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their dynamic, entrepreneurial organization. The CFO will serve as a strategic partner to the President & CEO, with a key focus on seamlessly integrating into the fast-paced environment and providing exceptional leadership to the Finance & Accounting team. This role is pivotal in supporting the company's ongoing M&A activities and potential capital markets initiatives, all of which are in line with the strategic growth plan. The successful candidate will be a thought leader, with a proven track record in financial management, including strategic oversight of accounting, FP&A, M&A, and/or banking/treasury. Experience in the alcohol, beverage, or consumer products sector is strongly preferred, and a background in M&A transactions is highly beneficial.Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a minimum of 8-10 years' of financial management experience, with a strong emphasis on developing and building finance and accounting organizations. The role requires excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills, as well as a strong management background. A Master's degree in business administration, accounting, or finance, and/or a CPA designation, is preferred. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, hands-on leader, capable of making a real impact in a rapidly growing business.
