About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team. The CFO will be a key leader, responsible for the strategic and operational aspects of financial management. This includes overseeing accounting, finance, and risk management, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and managing financial reporting and analysis. The successful candidate will also be instrumental in developing and implementing financial strategies to support the organization's growth and expansion. An entrepreneurial spirit and a proactive approach to financial risk management are essential, as is the ability to lead and mentor the finance team and work closely with senior management to influence business decisions.Candidates for the CFO position at the company should have an MBA or Master's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience, and a minimum of 6-10 years' progressive financial operations experience, with a preference for those who have worked in a private healthcare practice. Extensive experience in financial management, including financial benchmarking and modeling, is required. The role also demands a strong background in overseeing in-house revenue cycle departments, particularly with Medicare and commercial payor contracts. A CPA or CFA license is preferred. The CFO will be expected to support the company's growth and strategic direction, lead financial initiatives, and contribute to company-wide strategic goals. Additionally, the role involves assessing and developing investment strategies, leading mergers and acquisitions, and ensuring the financial health of the organization.
