About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer for one of its acute care psychiatric hospitals. The CFO will be responsible for monitoring and controlling accounts receivables, improving the hospital's profitability, developing and implementing financial policies and procedures, preparing financial statements, and providing required financial reporting. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial leadership position within a healthcare setting, with a strong preference for candidates holding a Master's degree. The CFO will work closely with the CEO and other department heads to ensure that financial operations align with the company's objectives and standards.Candidates for the CFO position at the company's acute care psychiatric hospital must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a Master's degree being preferred. A deep understanding of hospital financial operations, including federal and local tax regulations, is essential. The successful candidate will be skilled in financial analysis, and performance interpretation, and have the ability to prepare and present financial reports.
