Salary range: $200k-$225k

Center for Family Guidance, a behavioral and mental health organization in Marlton, NJ, seeks our next Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This leader is responsible for ensuring the provision of financial services and management of the organization to achieve operational and strategic goals while maintaining compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. The role is hybrid, work days and hours are Monday through Friday.

We are looking for someone with a degree - preferably in Accounting; a CPA is preferred - a minimum of five years in senior financial leadership, strong knowledge of GAAP, RCM, audit and compliance, and knowledge of Great Plains and NextGen.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively advise and educate management on all aspects which financially impact CFG's operations.
  • Manage, plan, and organize the financial operations of CFG including financial planning, budgeting, analysis, and revenue cycle functions.
  • Develop, interpret, coordinate, and communicate policies on finance, accounting, budgeting, insurance, financial/accounting systems, internal controls, and auditing.
  • Facilitate organization-wide strategic financial planning and resource allocation.
  • Communicate financial information to Senior Management as well as to Divisional Leadership.
  • Manage CFG's Finance, Accounting, and Billing staff.
  • Organize and maintain an effective system of accounting that is aligned with CFG's strategic plan.
  • Present recommendations to CFG's management with respect to costs, charges, rates, etc.
  • Collaborate with Senior Management and Divisional Leadership on the creation and implementation of policies, operations, and objectives.
  • Other duties as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field - Master's Degree and CPA preferred.
  • Minimum of five (5) years' experience in general accounting principles, personnel practices, and coordination of major administrative functions, preferably in a healthcare environment.
