Chief Financial Officer (CFO) - Thriving Rheumatology & Internal Medicine Practice

We are seeking an experienced and strategic CFO with a minimum of 5 years in healthcare finance, preferably within private practice settings, to join our thriving rheumatology and internal medicine practice. The ideal candidate will have broad expertise in managing financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and revenue cycle management, while ensuring compliance with all healthcare financial regulations. In addition to financial leadership, this role requires oversight of day-to-day operations and managing various facets of the practice to ensure seamless integration between clinical and administrative functions. A deep understanding of the unique financial challenges and opportunities in private practice is essential. This leadership role will involve optimizing financial performance, driving growth initiatives, and collaborating closely with clinical and administrative teams to align financial strategies with operational goals. The CFO will oversee financial planning, ensure profitability, manage operational efficiency, and lead the financial team to deliver exceptional results.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $220,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
