The Chief Financial Officer will have a private office Key Responsibilities of the Chief Financial Officer Lead long-term financial planning, including forecasting, budgeting, and capital allocation. Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making at the executive level. Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, treasury, tax, and financial reporting. Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to ensure the financial stability of the organization. Oversee audits, both internal and external, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The Chief Financial Officer will lead the finance and accounting teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Participate in key decisions related to strategic initiatives, business planning, and operations. Preferred Qualifications of the Chief Financial Officer: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred. 10 years of financial management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role (CFO, VP of Finance, etc.). Expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
