About the Position:
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health and sustainability of St. Anthony's Foundation. A qualified and competitive candidate will bring at least two years of experience in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in California with a strong background in nonprofit financial management. The position is responsible for:

Principal Responsibility
The Chief Financial Officer is responsible for the financial management of St. Anthony's, ensuring overall fiscal health of the organization and that we are excellent stewards of our resources. The CFO oversees all financial aspects of St. Anthony's including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, financial audit, accounting, payroll, insurance, risk management, contracts, planning, and legal financial compliance functions. The position also oversees real estate and facilities management.
