We are seeking a CFO to be responsible for all financial and fiscal management aspects of the company's operations in all business sectors, including international. The CFO will contribute to the executive management team with strategy, leadership, and coordination in administrative, P&L business planning, accounting and growth efforts.
For contributions to corporate success, the CFO will be rewarded through salary increases and bonus awards. Military experience is a plus where other requirements are met.
Position comes with a Hire-in bonus of $10K.

Description:
The CFO will provide strategic level leadership, vision, and financial management to provide operational control, administration and reporting to the CEO. The CFO will brief the CEO, identifying any risks and risk solution options. The CFO manages the Controller and the Director of Finance, using Deltek Costpoint as the financial consolidation database for this successful high-growth federal contractor.
Position Description:
* Develop the corporate Roll up solution for quarterly and YE financials.
* Prepare cash flow monthly projection.
* Evaluate profit issues and solution for each business sector; brief the CEO quarterly.
* Evaluate business sector waterfalls for profit compliance.
* Analyze corporate compliance with foreign operating requirements and entity report integration with S3 reporting.
* Analyze IRS evaluations of S3 and subsidiary corporate plans such as 401(k) compliance.
* All aspects of corporate accounting operations, oversee all transactions related to general ledger, receivables, payables, payroll and financial reporting for P&L and quality control.
* Provide leadership over Billing and Payout Operations.
* Analyze company's financial results with respect to profits, trends, costs and compliance with budgets and indirect rates.
* Issue regular status and ad hoc reports to senior management.
* Provide strategic guidance around capital financing options to support company growth needs.
* Develop and coordinate all relationships with lending/financial institutions.
* Develop and maintain all necessary accounting policies and systems, including general ledger and financial reporting. Ensure that records are maintained in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
* Assist senior management in financial planning and results management. Work with other team members to understand revenue and cost drivers and define appropriate reports for tracking.
* Coordinate, prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
* Coordinate tax schedules, returns and information.
* Manage relationships with insurance providers and ensure compliance.
* Manage all tax planning and compliance with all required federal, state, local, payroll, property and other applicable taxes.
* Complete travel to designated locations as defined, CONUS and OCONUS, and execute OCONUS finance requirements as needed.
* Improve the accounting department that supports S3 and subsidiaries.
* Interact with executive management with advice as needed.
* Other finance and administrative duties as directed.
Qualifications:
* Must have a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting; a Masters' degree, JD degree, or CPA is preferred.
* Must have a minimum of 25 years total experience in Federal contractor management and F&A audit support in a CFO role in a Federal contractor corporate office. Commercial experience is not relevant.
* Must have operated in a quality-controlled corporation under ISO, AS9100, or similar QMS.
* Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience with Deltek CostPoint and Cognos and successful audit experience with DCAA, OFCCP. DOL, GSA, and other federal audit agencies.
* Must have a Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain one, leading to a Top Secret clearance.
* Must have international defense-related experience and be willing to travel to Saudi Arabia as business circumstances require. Travel may be at a minimum of two weeks per trip, with a maximum of 4 trips per year.
