As the CFO for DRB, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the financial activities to ensure the company's continued success. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the CFO plays a critical role in shaping the company's financial strategy while ensuring financial health and sustainability. We're looking for a highly motivated, results-oriented finance professional with a track record of proven operational financial support driving the business to overall financial success.

Responsibilities:

* Partner with functional and business unit leaders in conducting detailed financial and business analyses to identify potential problems, determine root causes, and recommend appropriate

* Develop and execute financial plans and strategies aligned with the company's long-term goals and vision.

* Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to identify potential risks and opportunities for

* Lead the development and maintenance of forecasting processes that accurately predict future performance and motivate actions to ensure the company hits agreed-upon targets.

* Assess the financial impact of business decisions and recommend appropriate courses of

* Partner with Sales Operations to develop accurate top and bottom-line

* Lead the annual budgeting process and ensure budgetary discipline across the organization

* Serve as a strategic business partner to the President through the development and implementation of the annual strategic plan as well as the development and deployment of long-term strategic plans

* Implement cost savings initiatives, when necessary, without compromising the company's quality and efficiency

* Oversee and prepare accurate and timely financial reports to the executive team and key stakeholders, including Vontier finance team

* Evaluate investment opportunities and make informed decisions to maximize returns on investments

* Lead due diligence and financial evaluation of potential acquisition targets, integration of new business units

* Identify and assess financial risks and develop risk management strategies to mitigate potential negative impacts

* Manage cash flow and liquidity to meet the company's operational needs

* Optimize cash reserves and investments to generate returns while ensuring adequate liquidity

* Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, accounting principles, and tax laws

* Maintain strong internal controls to safeguard the company's assets and financial information

* Oversee the tech strategy and how best our resources can be invested to support the organization and delight the end user

* Provide strong leadership to the finance, accounting, operations, and IT teams and mentor/coach to develop team members to grow professionally

Experience, Skills, Capabilities

* 8-12 years of experience with a mix of Big 4 and industry experience in a prior financial leadership role

* A Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting; an MBA is a plus; CPA desired

* Deep understanding of financial management, accounting principles, and financial analysis

* Experience working with a SaaS/ ARR business

* Prior experience in a complex business that manufactures devices & experience with software & payments revenue

* Proven experience building and leading a world-class Finance and Accounting team in a highly entrepreneurial, rapidly growing environment

* Experience with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems

* Skilled at designing and implementing processes that are efficient, SOX compliant, and scalable

* Strategic thinking and the ability to provide insightful financial advice to the executive team

* Effective problem-solving and analytical skills

* Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and

* Has a detailed working knowledge of GAAP and SOX

* Demonstrated success partnering and collaborating internally and externally with executive level management, and with all functions of an organization
