Chief Financial Officer - Pathways-VA : Job Details

Pathways-VA, Inc. is seeking candidates to serve as Chief Financial Officer. Pathways is a 501c3 non-profit community development corporation with CFO duties including developing and managing organizational budgets, tracking and reporting for multiple sources of federal, state, local and private funding, audit preparation and compliance, and other related tasks.

Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's Degree, mastery in QuickBooks or equivalent accounting software, fluency of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, professional communication skills, and love of teamwork.

Preferred qualifications: A minimum of five years of experience working in fiscal management, particularly in the non-profit sector and a working knowledge of federal accounting regulations.
