Monday Collective is a family office investment holding company with a growing portfolio of businesses across diverse industries. Currently managing three portfolio companies and expanding rapidly, we are a forward-thinking, entrepreneurial organization focused on creating value through strategic investments and operational excellence.

We are looking for a strategic and dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team and oversee financial operations across the portfolio while playing a key role in corporate development strategies.

What You'll Do:

As the CFO of Monday Collective, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to the leadership team and a key driver of financial performance, strategic growth, and portfolio expansion. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Portfolio Oversight:

• Oversee the financial health and operations of all current portfolio companies, ensuring profitability, cash flow optimization, and risk management.
• Develop and implement scalable financial processes and systems across the portfolio.
• Monitor and report on financial performance metrics for all companies to ensure alignment with the collective's goals.

2. Corporate Development:

• Lead financial due diligence for acquisitions, investments, and divestitures, partnering closely with the leadership team to evaluate opportunities.
• Shape corporate development strategies, including identifying and structuring new deals and expansion initiatives.
• Support fundraising efforts as necessary to fuel portfolio growth.
• Strategic Leadership
• Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to shape and execute the organization's long-term vision.
• Collaborate with operating company leaders to align financial strategies with business objectives.
• Act as a mentor and leader, building and empowering high-performing financial teams across portfolio companies.

3. Financial Operations

• Own financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting at the holding company level.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and reporting standards.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements across the portfolio.

• We're seeking a strategic, hands-on CFO who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a passion for scaling businesses.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of financial leadership experience, including time as a CFO or senior finance executive (preferably in private equity, investment management, or a family office).
• Licensed CPA
• Strong understanding of corporate development, including M&A, deal structuring, and valuation.
• Experience overseeing financial operations for multiple entities or portfolio companies.
• Proven ability to implement financial systems and processes for growth-stage organizations.
• Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding communication and leadership abilities, with the ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams.
