About the Position
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a key executive team member, responsible for safeguarding the Club's financial health and driving operational excellence. Reporting to the General Manager, the CFO leads financial strategy, ensures transparency, and aligns operations with the Club's vision.

About the Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a seasoned financial leader with a strong background in accounting and finance, particularly within hospitality or non-profit sectors. With a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA, CHAE, or CPA preferred) and 7+ years of progressive experience, including 3+ years as a CFO, this individual brings integrity, strategic insight, and a member-focused approach. They excel in financial stewardship, team leadership, and operational efficiency while driving innovation and long-term growth.
