Working as a Chief Financial Officer
Orange Cyberdefense is a key player in the cybersecurity market. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead the financial strategy for the Nordic & China Cluster (Norway, Denmark, Sweden, and China), navigating the complexities of this dynamic industry and driving growth within a diverse region. The CFO will play a crucial role in aligning financial objectives with the overall business strategy, ensuring financial health, and leading transformational change within the finance function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Leadership & Strategy: Develop and execute the financial strategy for the Nordic & China Cluster, ensuring alignment with Orange Cyberdefense's global vision and the specific needs of each country. This includes long-term financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee all financial operations across the four countries, including accounting, reporting, tax, treasury, and internal controls. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Change Management: Lead and manage financial transformation projects within the cluster, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies.
- Team Leadership & Development: Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a high-performing culture and developing talent within the organization.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, country managers, the Orange Cyberdefense group finance team, and external partners (auditors, banks, etc.). Effectively communicate financial performance and insights.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and internal policies, including tax legislation, transfer pricing, and risk management frameworks.
- Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Support: Provide financial expertise and support for any M&A activities within the cluster, including due diligence, valuation, and integration.
- Business Partnering: Act as a trusted advisor to the Cluster Manager, providing financial insights and support to drive business growth and profitability.
What we expect of you
- University degree in Economics or Finance; a Master's degree is preferred.
- At least 5 years of solid experience in financial accounting and financial controlling, with additional professional experience considered advantageous.
- You have a strong understanding of financial and economic operations, execution and management.
- You demonstrate the ability to develop and execute successful financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
- You have proven experience in leading and managing diverse teams across multiple locations within finance.
- You have excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
- You are dotted with a strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in at least one Nordic language is preferred.
