We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to join our leadership team. This role will be instrumental in shaping the growth strategy for Monday Collective and its portfolio companies, ensuring sustainable revenue expansion, market positioning, and operational scalability.
What You'll Do:As the Chief Growth Officer of Monday Collective, you'll be responsible for identifying, developing, and executing high-impact growth initiatives across the portfolio. Your focus will be on scaling revenue, optimizing go-to-market strategies, and fostering innovation to accelerate business success.
1. Portfolio Growth & ExpansionWe're seeking a visionary growth leader who is equally comfortable developing high-level strategies and executing hands-on initiatives that drive meaningful business impact.
10+ years of experience in a Chief Growth Officer, CRO, CMO, VP of Growth, or similar leadership role.
Proven track record of scaling businesses, driving revenue growth, and optimizing go-to-market strategies.
Expertise in corporate development, M&A, and market expansion initiatives.
Strong understanding of sales, marketing, digital transformation, and customer acquisition.
Hands-on experience working with private equity, investment management, or high-growth portfolio companies.
Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to growth strategy and decision-making.
Outstanding leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
