Duties and Responsibilities

The Chief Information Officer (CIO) is responsible for overseeing the technological strategy, development, and execution for the Health Practice Area. As a key member of the executive team, the CIO will lead the Practice Area's tech vision, ensuring that the software development and technological infrastructure and innovations align with our business objectives.

As a CIO, you will be responsible for developing and executing IT strategy, managing the IT budget and resources, ensuring compliance with security and data privacy standards, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration among IT staff and business team leaders.

Required Skills

  • Prior experience with a broad set of information systems and corporate technology infrastructure, including cloud-based networks, database, email, and customer facing systems.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale 24x7 platform operations expertise.
  • Data-intensive warehousing experience (collection, cleansing, export/import, analytics).
  • Management of an IT staff of approximately 35 staff or more.
  • Demonstrated technological leadership in Government software solutions.
  • Understanding and application of HIPAA or similar operational principles and other regulatory issues related to data use.
  • Qualifications

    Education:

    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Systems. Master's Degree is a plus.

    Compensation:

    As required by applicable law, PCG provides the following reasonable range of compensation for this role: $260,000-$310,000. In addition, PCG provides a range of benefits for this role, including medical and dental care benefits, 401k, PTO, parental leave, bereavement leave.
