About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), Vice President to take on a pivotal role in leading and growing its information security program. The successful candidate will be a strategic and action-oriented executive, responsible for developing and implementing an enterprise-wide information security roadmap. This roadmap is designed to align with the broader strategic goals of the organization and enhance the resiliency of the cybersecurity program. The CISO will also play a key role in fostering a culture of security, ensuring that all staff, from front-line clinical to executives, are engaged in and committed to the security of the organization.We are looking for a highly responsive, dynamic, and collaborative leader with a proven track record in information security, preferably within a complex organizational setting. Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted partnerships across the enterprise are essential. While prior experience in a similar healthcare system is a plus, it is not a strict requirement. The ideal candidate for the CISO position at the company will be viewed as a trusted adviser, a team player, and a solutions-driven professional, with the ability to lead and grow a team in a manner that enhances the organization's overall information security posture.
