Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Lincoln Children's Museum Chief Marketing Officer. The Chief Marketing Officer supports the mission of the Lincoln Children's Museum by managing and guiding the implementation of clearly defined marketing and communications strategies that support consistent revenue growth and enhance Museum brand equity and awareness. The Chief Marketing Officer is responsible for establishing annual plans and budgets across marketing and communication platforms and coordinating various communications activities that advance the Museum mission, strategic plan, brand, and reputation and support revenue generation. Additionally, the Chief Marketing Officer serves on the leadership team, collaborating closely with the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Development Officer, and Chief Operating Officer to ensure cohesive strategy and alignment across all facets of the organization. This position contributes to the overall direction of the Museum and is responsible for aligning the department's goals and initiatives.

Supervisory Responsibilities
This position is responsible for a multimedia specialist's overall direction, coordination, and evaluation. It fulfills supervisory responsibilities following the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; and addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Qualifications
Physical Demands and Environmental Conditions
Sedentary work- occasionally lifting and carrying up to but not to exceed twenty pounds. Primarily indoor work – may be exposed to some outdoor elements and hazards.
Time Commitment
This role requires on-site presence during regular business hours a minimum of four days per week and occasional evenings and weekends, as needed. Flexibility for one remote workday may be considered.
Salary and Benefits
