A healthcare organization in New York City is currently seeking an experienced licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to join their staff as their new Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) overseeing home care operations.About the Opportunity:

• Schedule: Full-time
• Hours: Standard business
• Setting: Corporate office (onsite 5 days a week)

Responsibilities: The Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) will be responsible for:

• Leading the delivery of interdisciplinary home- and community-based services
• Overseeing day-to-day operations and financial viability of the Certified Home Health Agency (CHHA)
• Leading nursing-related functions across Community Care
• Performing other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Nursing, Hospital Administration, Health Care/Services Administration, Administrative Medicine, or Public Health
• NYS Registered nurse (RN) license
• Comfortable leading in a Home Healthcare system environment
• Proven leadership skills
• Solid problem solving skills
• Great interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organized
