Schedule: 8-hour days, 40 hours/week
About the Role
The Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) will provide clinical and administrative leadership across nursing, pharmacy, and rehabilitation services, ensuring exceptional patient care while aligning with the organization's mission, vision, and values. This role merges the art and science of nursing to create a seamless care delivery system.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee clinical care areas, ensuring patient care standards exceed expectations.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet organizational goals and patient care needs.
- Collaborate with leadership to integrate care systems and foster a cohesive team environment.
- Maintain compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
Qualifications
- Degree from an accredited school of nursing (Master's degree preferred).
- Active Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) license and American Heart BLS certification.
- At least 4 years of supervisory experience in an acute care setting (Critical Access experience preferred).
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $144,310$178,508 annually.
- Relocation assistance: $5,000$10,000 (negotiable).
