For current job openings please visit our website at Reporting directly to the CEO, The Chief of Business Development and Access, provides leadership and strategic direction to the development and strength of business referrals to Hospice of the Piedmont. This is accomplished through positive working relationships with the surrounding and extended caregiving community through exceptional customer service, planning for education, and promoting collaboration between business entities to provide high-quality hospice services.Supervises: Business Development Representatives, Hospice Nurse Liaisons, and the Admissions team.Qualifications: Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in marketing/business, commensurate work experience in healthcare marketing/sales, communications, or public relations with demonstrated success. Knowledge of palliative and hospice care preferred. At least three years experience in healthcare, sales preferredInterpersonal and Organizational Skills: Must possess strong interpersonal skills, and ability to relate well to diverse and unique populations. Must demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills. Must demonstrate professionalism with co-workers, patient/client families, donors, volunteers, and other contacts made as a result of position within the organization.
