About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Member Services to join their executive leadership team. A participative and collaborative work style, along with effective organizational change management skills, is essential.Applicants for the Chief of Member Services position at the company must have a Bachelor's degree in public or business administration, or a related field, and a minimum of 3 years' of professional-level experience in fiscal or pension benefits administration, including at least one year in a supervisory role. A Master's degree or a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation is beneficial. Deep knowledge of the state of California's County Employees Retirement Law (CERL) is highly desirable. The role demands a leader with a strong work ethic, a warm personality, and a good sense of humor. The Chief of Member Services will ensure the timely and respectful provision of information to the association's members, who have dedicated their lives to serving the community.
