About the Job

We are a rapidly growing company, looking for a Chief of Staff. The ideal candidate will have a great attitude, some experience with finance or bookkeeping, and a willingness to take on new challenges on a daily basis.

Responsibilities will include:

Cash Management
  • Process checks, transfers, and wires as needed for personal and business expenses.
  • Manage charity requests and receipts and track accordingly.
  • Monitor personal bank accounts activity.
  • Financial Recordkeeping
  • Reconcile bank and investment accounts monthly.
  • Track investments, loans, and other financial activity in both spreadsheets and personal accounting software (Quicken, Quickbooks, or other TBD).
  • Work on personal financial statement semi-annually. Gather information and compile with financial team.
  • Research, analyze, and summarize various topics upon request.

    Special projects for the principals and the rest of the executive team. For example, depending on skill set you may:

  • Assist the office manager with tracking/follow up for technology requests and troubleshooting.
  • Help our in-house attorneys with legal paperwork including applications, certifications, LLC renewals.
  • Assist with general office organization.
  • Qualities:

    The ideal candidate:

  • Is extremely professional with a great attitude.
  • Has experience in cash management or bookkeeping.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Organized and able to maintain detailed files.
  • Flexible, and enjoys taking on different tasks of all types.
  • Software: Excel, Word, Outlook.
