Position Overview

My client is seeking a highly organized and strategic Chief of Staff to support a high-profile Chairman & CEO. This role involves managing priorities, ensuring execution of key initiatives, and blending executive administration with high-level business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meeting Prep & Execution: Brief the CEO, attend meetings, take notes, and track follow-ups.
• Strategic Execution: Prioritize and oversee key initiatives across the organization.
• Operational Support: Manage communications, workflows, and key relationships.
• Project Management: Lead special projects, conduct research, and provide strategic insights.
• Travel Coordination: Ensure seamless logistics and support for domestic/international travel.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between the CEO and key stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: Identify challenges and drive solutions for greater efficiency.
• Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with professionalism.

Ideal Candidate:

• 7-12+ years in executive support, consulting, banking, private equity, or corporate strategy.
• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with C-suite executives in high-pressure environments.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with frequent travel and flexible hours.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
