This is a high-impact role reporting directly to the Chief of Strategy, offering unparalleled exposure to all facets of the business—both operational and strategic. You will be a key partner in driving the company's growth, working on a mix of internal development initiatives and external expansion opportunities. Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
  • MBA, CFA, and/or CPA is a plus.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Bilingual: Advanced English and Spanish.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 7 years' experience within financial institutions.
  • Experience in health or life insurance a strong plus.
  • Background in strategy consulting, investment banking, or corporate development preferred.
  • Proven experience in managing high-impact business initiatives, tactical issues, and other operational tasks.
  • Strong capability to organize and manage corporate projects alongside members of senior management.
  • Participation in cross-functional work proposals that promote strategic alignment and organizational transformation.
  • Experience in planning, facilitating, and preparing strategic spaces at both internal and key external levels.
  • Ability to lead meetings and provide honest and direct feedback.
  • Solid organizational and management skills to handle multiple projects and tasks.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage and influence stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
