The Chief of Staff to the Chief Legal & Regulatory Officer (CLRO) is a key senior leader responsible for driving the strategic agenda of the legal and regulatory organization while ensuring effective execution of its initiatives. This role is ideal for a senior strategic thinker with extensive experience in legal and regulatory matters who is comfortable navigating complex organizational dynamics and driving results through influence and collaboration.

What You'll Do:

• Strategic Partnership: Act as a strategic advisor to the CLO, helping to define, prioritize, and operationalize the legal and regulatory strategy.
• Consultative Leadership: Provide consulting expertise to legal, regulatory, and business leaders, leveraging insights and data to inform decision-making.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee the operational rhythm of the legal and regulatory functions, including managing the department's calendar and strategic planning processes.
• Communication and Alignment: Facilitate communication and alignment across the legal and regulatory leadership team.
• Tactical Execution: Handle day-to-day tactical work as needed, including managing key legal and regulatory projects.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in legal or regulatory roles with demonstrated success in senior leadership positions.
• Proven track record of partnering with senior executives and leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Experience in corporate governance, compliance, risk management, and regulatory affairs.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

The annual base salary range for this position is: $150,000-$220,000.
