This role involves leading a Project Support Team, managing a variety of operational responsibilities, and ensuring the effective execution of the department's programs and capital projects. The Chief of Staff will also be instrumental in team building, culture development, and professional growth, as well as assisting with HR efforts and taking on special projects to enhance department operations.Applicants for the Chief of Staff and Vice President of Operations position at the company should have a minimum of 7 years of experience in management consulting, business operations, or program design and execution. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in operations, compliance, and experience in the adoption of technology and related processes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coaching, pand rofessional development, and a demonstrated interest in equitable economic development, urban planning, or public policy.
