Our mission is to map the off-market sector and connect buyers and sellers efficiently through our proprietary CRM-integrated matching platform. This cutting-edge technology enables us to aggregate and analyze market data to create exclusive opportunities for clients, significantly improving deal discovery and execution.
Having achieved substantial traction, going into contract on our first off-market deal in Houston (projected commission of $30,000), Streamline is now in scaling mode. With a team of nearly 20, we're preparing for exponential growth.
The Opportunity
As COO, you will be a key member of the executive team, reporting directly to the CEO. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company and ensuring that we are efficiently and effectively executing our strategic plan.
This role is ideal for an experienced and highly motivated individual with a deep understanding at the intersection of real estate and technology, with a proven track record of success in scaling businesses.

Please note:
This is a start-up, we just reached substantial traction and started scaling. Initial compensation will be through vested-equity only for the first few months, with salary kicking in upon reaching revenue/funding targets. As we become more profitable and raise funds, we will strive to begin offering an increasing partial-salary until funding/revenue targets are met and full-salary can be provided. We expect to reach this target by mid-2025.
