The ideal candidate will be comfortable outlining and planning all aspects of work related to the program such as budget, timelines and teams. They will have exceptional communication skills that enable them to effectively communicate with all relevant teams as well as stakeholders and policymakers. This individual should be able to foresee any problems related to the completion of a project and act in a timely manner to mitigate any issues.Responsibilities
- Develop timelines, budget, teams and plan for the program
- Ensure program aligns with state and federal guidelines and the overall mission
- Anticipate and solve any problems related to the program
- Set long-term goals and align with community needs
- Facilitate communication between relevant teams
- Build relationships with community organizers and policymakersQualifications
- A degree in early childhood educations, public administration or related field
- Master's Degree preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Exceptional communication, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
- Proven track record in program management and leadership in the education or nonprofit sector
