Chief Sales Officer (Full Time/On-Site)
We are seeking an individual to lead and manage our Credit Union's entire sales functions - overseeing all aspects of sales operations - driving revenue growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies, ensuring the sales team meets targets, and aligning sales efforts with overall strategic business objectives. The talent we seek for the Chief Sales Officer is a reliable, prudent, and focus-driven individual. Our Chief Sales Officer must build strong relationships and recognize the importance of people and their value to our team. A successful Chief Sales Officer is responsible for and answers to leadership for the CSO role's ownership of member acquisition and retention, cross-selling, market analysis, and the organization's mission for sales. Chief Sales Officer Qualifications Summary
Education
Experience
Minimum of five years in sales with at least two years managing a sales team. Having worked in a Credit Union or financial services setting is preferred.
Required Qualifications/Skills
Preference will be given to candidates having prior or current knowledge of credit union products, services, and applicable regulations and demonstrate a strong understanding of consumer, mortgage, and business loan products, lending practices, and new account processes.
Chief Sales Officer Position Classification: Executive (Exempt); Full-time, onsite with availability to work 45 hours or more/week depending on business needs.
