Chief Technology Officer - BioTalent : Job Details

BioTalent, the recruitment agency that powers HealthTechQuity, is seeking a Head of Technology & Strategy for a small HealthTech business. This is a leadership role and will be pivotal in helping the business in its next step of growth and optimization.

This role is suited to someone who has experience in a scaling/small HealthTech business with a start-up, ‘player-coach' mentality.

Duties include:

• Team management, hiring and growth of a small team
• Technology strategy to define future processes, systems, and operations ideally in the healthcare space
• Being able to jump in when needed to support the team with hands on coding
• Client-facing when needed

This is a remote position within the US, including great benefits and paying $250-300,000pa.
