Children's Playhouse Seeks Passionate Assistant Child Care Directors!

Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where early childhood education makes a difference? Children's Playhouse is searching for two dedicated Assistant Child Care Directors to join our growing team!

In this role, you will:

• Support the Center Director in ensuring compliance with DHS regulations (Chapter 3270), health department regulations, Keystone STARS 4 programming, and more.
• Champion high-quality care by overseeing data entry, supervision practices, and Creative Curriculum implementation (Infant/Toddler & Preschool).
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, leading and supervising a team of 20 staff members.
• Partner with families to support child enrollment, retention, and positive relationships.
• Play a key role in staff recruitment, retention, and development.

We're looking for someone who:

• Holds a bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field.
• Possesses at least 2 years of leadership experience in a high-quality childcare program.
• Thrives in a team environment and fosters a positive work culture.
• Demonstrates strong organizational and time management skills.
• Is passionate about early childhood development and providing a nurturing environment for young minds.
