Greater Oregon Behavioral Health, Inc. (GOBHI) has an immediate opening for a full-time Children's System of Care Coordinator. This key position will be based out of the employee's home office, which will need to be located within the Eastern Oregon region or accepted radius.The Children's System of Care Coordinator supports GOBHI's Wraparound programmatic and contractual requirements . Assist assigned manager in maintaining compliance and operational standards so GOBHI can serve clients and comply with state and federal medical necessity requirements. Provide systems support through knowledge of web-based software and data collection processes.A resume and cover letter are required to be considered for this position. Essential duties include:
  • Responsible for collecting, organizing, and inputting of youth information into Wraparound Fidelity Index EZ database (WFI EZ) and Team Observation Measure (TOMS) 2.0.
  • Provide Backup as the TOMS Administrator to the Children's System of Care Manager.
  • Train local Children's Teams how to complete the Certificate of Need.
  • Collect, organize and prepare Certificates of Needs data and send to corresponding Psychiatrist.
  • Event planning for assigned meetings.
  • Maintains All Counties All Things training spreadsheet and files.
  • Responsible for System of Care Statewide Steering Committee Report.
  • Review youth higher levels of care extra funding requests.
  • Participates as a member of the Flex Fund Approval and Denial team.
  • Tracks Flex Fund dollars spent per child per county.
  • Help with coordination, development, sustainability and functions of local Review Committee's and Practice Level Workgroups across each county with diverse stakeholders.
  • Provide ongoing individual and group coaching to all Wraparound Care Coordinators.
  • Help the Children's System of Care Manger coordinate or oversee workshops, trainings, and conferences in reference to the initiative.
  • Drives to meetings or other GOBHI locations as needed.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
RequirementsWhat is needed to succeed in this role:
  • Two years' experience as a Wraparound Care Coordinator preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at multiple levels.
  • Effectively work with a variety of community stakeholders.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Technology savvy - comfortable using MS and Google Suite software products. High level of proficiency in Excel or Google sheets.
  • Maintains good driving record and required vehicle insurance.
  • Education - Bachelor's degree in health/human services field or equivalent years of experience required.
