Position: Chiropractic Care Coordinator

Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico

Type: Full-Time 35-50 hrs per week

Pay: Starting at $20-$26/hour

As a Clinical Care Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our patients receive the best care and support throughout their wellness journey. Succeeding in this position requires the ability to learn/memorize office dialogues and scripts for patient education. THE POSITION:

Chiropractic Clinical Care Coordinator

Primary tasks include clinical and administrative responsibilities for new patients and practice members such as: preparing for appointments, consultations, & diagnostic testing. Secondary tasks include cross training in all aspects of office operation, including front desk, assisting in holding practice members accountable to their goals, as well as marketing and promotions.

Skills needed include excellence with Microsoft Office; comfort learning new software; quick learner; excellent attention to detail; ability to work in fast-paced environment; strong communication skills.

HOURS:

Candidates must be flexible with hours and available without conflict of interest.

Monday: 7:30am-6:30pm

Tuesday: 7:00am-6:30pm (potential till 7:30pm when we host a class)

Wednesday: 7:30am-2:30/4:00pm

Thursday: 7:00am-6:30pm (potential till 7:30pm when we host a class)

Lunch breaks are 1-2 hours depending on schedule.

2 Fridays per month for 3-6 hours.

Applicants can expect up to 3 weekend training seminars/year & up to 15 total weekend events/year. These will be planned in advance.

Some travel required (for training and team events).
