- Hold at least a High School Diploma (College Degree Preferred)
- Have experience working with youth in a multicultural/urban environment
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills, including the ability to work with cross-functional teams, coordinate events, work effectively with keen attention to detail, and manage projects independently
- Demonstrate excellent command of the English language, both orally and in writing, using proper grammar and vocabulary, bilingual preferred
- Demonstrate skills in maintaining case folders on each student, writing, and editing reports
- Demonstrate the ability to use computers and/or electronic equipment to fulfill job functions
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, an enthusiastic attitude, and the ability to relate well with culturally diverse stakeholders including staff, students, parents and community partners
- Hold and maintain a valid driver's license with no serious violations
- Exhibit integrity and demonstrate good moral character
