The CIP Technician also does sampling and is responsible for shutting down and washing the cheddar pasteurizer as well as connecting and running all the cheddar plant CIP circuits, getting the circuits ready for production.$27.07/hour$1.50 Shift DifferentialDouble Time on Sundays and holidays2-2-3 Rotational Schedule4:00 am – 4:00 pmWhat you need to join our team: Ability to walk, stand, bend and lift up to 50 lbs.Perform the HTST midday wash.Perform five-day cheese grade sampling.Monitor chemicals for all cheddar CIP systems and replace as needed.Monitor foot foamers for the cheddar department.Monitor Fine Savers Machines, changing tins as needed.Rinse DMC and Salt belt room floor and machines with chlorinated water every four hoursProvide break relief to 640 room employees and Vat Operator per break schedule.Provide coverage for Vat Operator during safety training as needed.Assist with end of shift cleanup/setup in all of 640 roomNo experience required; in house training providedWillingness to learn and work as a teamDesire to grow with a stable companyWhere you'll be working: Weyauwega, WIOur Weyauwega, WI, plant is home to approximately 225 employees.
