We are excited to welcome a versatile and driven Technical Marketing Engineer (TME) to our Product Management team to help define the future of cloud-based video intelligence.

In this role, you will act as a critical liaison for technical expertise and strategic direction. As a key part of the MV Product Management Team, you will contribute to the design, testing, and successful launch of our Video Cloud Platform solutions. You'll also work directly with engineering teams, customers, sales engineers, and partners worldwide, ensuring smooth adoption and an exceptional user experience.

Responsibilities

• Shape the Product Journey: Collaborate with engineering and product management to guide product design, testing, and launch while influencing the roadmap.
• Empower Success: Develop and deliver compelling technical resources for internal teams, customers, and partners.
• Collaborate Globally: Partner with Meraki's global teams to create world-class solutions.
• Customer Advocate: Lead beta and pilot programs, engaging directly with customers to drive product direction.
• Resolve Challenges: Prioritize and address customer-reported issues with engineering.
• Market Engagement: Meet with customers and prospects, present the product vision, and identify emerging opportunities.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Product Manager/Owner or Technical Engineer in a technical domain.
• Strong proficiency with SQL and data analysis.
• Experience debugging and optimizing video platforms.
• Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Entrepreneurial attitude with a focus on product quality.
• Passion for solving technical challenges creatively.

Bonus Points

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Expertise in video streaming protocols and cloud technologies.
• Hands-on familiarity with video codecs and cloud video technologies.
• Experience in embedded systems, application engineering, QA, or technical support.
• Strong technical writing and presentation skills.
