CITO - Chief Innovation Technology Officer - The Goodwin Group : Job Details

We are seeking a strategic visionary to join a PEM as Chief Information & Technology Officer (CITO). This role is for an experienced leader with a proven track record in scaling companies through advanced and innovative technologies. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in healthcare and private equity, bringing a deep understanding of industry-specific challenges and opportunities. Chief Information & Technology Officer (CITO) Responsibilities

Develop and oversee the strategic IT plan to support the organization's future goals, ensuring a robust technical infrastructure.

Establish and enforce security policies for data protection, compliance, and confidentiality, including HIPAA, PHI, and FINRA regulations.

Lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge AI solutions to drive innovation.

Provide strategic direction for the cybersecurity program, ensuring agility to adapt to evolving threats.

Identify and foster strategic partnerships with technology vendors and manage contract negotiations.

Chief Information & Technology Officer (CITO) Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

15+ years of leadership experience in IT, with expertise in systems architecture, security design, and regulatory compliance. With a minimum of 4+ years CIO/CITO experience.

Experience in the healthcare/senior living industry highly preferred.

Proven ability to manage and lead IT teams in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in BI platforms, software development, ERPs, Microsoft SQL, and strong knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare regulations.
