Qualifications: Education Bachelors Degree in City Administration preferred. Practical experience may be considered in lieu of formal education or professional certification. Experience: Proven ability to manage diverse teams. Experience facilitating City Council meetings. Expertise in securing funding for infrastructure projects, including completing a city-wide and regional municipal water hookup with neighboring cities.
