* Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Public Administration or local government concentration or Human Resources Management preferred; Certified Public Manager preferred; Lean/Six Sigma Training preferred. * 7 years of experience in a similar role in a Wisconsin Municipality (Village Manager, City Manager/Administrator, Assistant Manager/Administrator, or department head in a similary sized or larger community. * 5 years of supervisory experience; preferred experience leading teams including facilitating continuous improvement initiatives which require cross functional cooperation and high level of coordination.
